Justice for Children entered into partnership with Plan Denmark in a Project titled "The rights of children in conflict with the law." The Project covers Epworth, Mbare, Mufakose and Dzivarasekwa surbabs of Harare. The objectives of the project are to:

  • Provide legal services to children in conflict with the law.
  • Raise awareness in communities aimed at ensuring that children became aware of the negative effects of crime in their lives.
  • Advocate for the rights of children in conflict with the law with the aim to influence change within the communities and government.

Justice for Children entered into partnership with Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale (GIZ) in a Project titled "Promoting children’s access to Justice." The Project being implemented in Harare, Chegutu, Mhondoro and Chinhoyi.

Justice for Children entered into partnership with Plan Denmark in a Project titled "Community based prevention of teen pregnancies in Epworth." The objectives of the project are to:

  • Promote a conducive environment for adolescents sexual and reproductive rights (ARSH).
  • Increase knowledge to the public on ARSH.
  • Promote a conducive environment for youth to access ARSH services.
  • Strengthen duty bearers to provide age appropriate information on ARSH to youth.
  • Increase advocacy for girl by strengthen youth in ARSH.

Justice for Children entered into partnership with UN Women in a Project titled "Ensuring the rights of adolescent and women survivors of Gender Based Violence." The Project covers Beitbridge, Bindura and Makoni. JCT is working together with Women and Law in Southern Africa Research and Education Trust (WLSA) and Zimbabwe Women Lawyers Association (ZWLA) in implementing the Project .The objectives of the Project are to:

  • Improve participation and awareness on Gender Based Violence laws and support services that protect and facilitate access to services for the benefit of adolescent girls and women.
  • Promote strong cross sector collaboration in prevention and responding to survivors of Gender based violence in Zimbabwe.
  • Promote access to justice by adolescent girls and women survivors of Gender based violence through community established structures, including adequate legal representation.
