The relationship between the organization and the courts has flourished as the latter referred the highest number of clients, being 2, 416. Old clients and other members of the public have confidence in the work of the organization hence the high referrals by named and unnamed individuals. Organisations like Childline and Musasa Project have continued to refer multitudes of clients to the organization, a sign of enduring faith in its services. The high number of cases referred by CFPs shows how the organization has strengthened child protection at community level. The CFPs do not only refer cases to the organization but also to other service providers, be it government or civic society organizations.
